Have had 2 cars with them, the first cars motor blew, owner forgave what was left over on the bad car, and put me into another car, haven't had an issue since, always kind and courteous over the phone and In person, but I make my payments on time every week, and the rare time where I was going to be late, I told them ahead of time. Have always kept them updated on my current address with a strip map. These people are honest about their cars, I was never once told that I was getting a perfect car, and they told me up front the issues I may run into. I give it 4 stars because they're not open on saturdays, hope this review helps.
