(April 12, 2018, 12:06 pm)This lady sounds and appears grumpy, but I think its just the natural tone of her voice and her demeanor (unrefined and she doesn’t smile). We’ve taken our vehicles there since moving to the area 4 years ago. My partner refers to her as “the grumpy lady”.
