They're pet friendly, and the park is lit up at night which gives a safe and worry free place to be. You can't beat the price and get everything you do. I love it here!!

(August 28, 2021, 2:23 pm)Peaceful small Rv park with a polite landlord. Landlord took action immediately when there was an electrical problem at 9:30pm at night. I had cold groceries and a refrigerator getting hot. He stopped by within 30 minutes and the power came on in less than an hour.
There is a negative side. If it storms bad, it is a flood zone so you may need to move during the major storms. And there are woods nearby so pests are potential. Other than that, the rent is affordable.
