Definent improvments have been made since my last review so i feel credit is due aswell as a jump from 2 stars to 4.
The riff-raff seems to all be vacated, the security gate is once again operational after years of not. The entire lot is way better lite then before and the lone bathroom for the entire place has remained consistently cleaner then before. Unexpected but very welcome change. Thank you to the person or people responsible.

Little run down. The owners dont seem to care about the property because they Wont repair the security gate. It's useless if it doesnt close. The one bathroom available for paying renters is locked from 2:30pm to 10am. The management said that keys to the bathroom are only given out by the owner but even after requesting one the owner made no key or attempt to contact me and we have been paying customers for 7+ years. I would not recommend this place anybody.
