  Dr. Chang and the team at Evergreen Eye Center helped answer ALL of my many questions and carefully listened to my concerns. I had a unique situation for cataract surgery and Dr. Chang helped me carefully discern my options. I was amazed how smooth and simple the surgery went! It's been 9 days since the surgery and I am completely pleased with the results.

  This was such an enjoyable & comfortable experience because of the WHOLE staff!; from when you ring the doorbell & met with pleasant, & helpful staff to greet you!
  The whole process is very well organized & expedient.
  Dr Nicholson’s manner is very pleasant & comforting & reassuring during the whole procedure.
  I am very very grateful to have them as my eye are team.
  Thank you so so much!
  Wish I had done it sooner!!!!

  Friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. A gentleman came in without an appointment saying he was having double vision in one eye, could his Dr take a look. They were booked solid and they squeezed him in! Top notch staff and doctors!!

  My cataract surgery was a very positive experience. All staff was very professional and friendly. It was quite successful. My vision is much improved and colors are more true. That is important to me as I do costumes for a musical theater. I have recommended Evergreen to numerous people. A++++ business.

  I would have to say that Dr Nicholson and his staff at the Federal Way center went above and beyond to reassure a nervous patient who was about to have cataract surgery. From the young woman who greeted me at the reception desk to the attendant who returned me to my driver, and everyone in between, the customer care was exceptional. Each person walked me through what was going to happen at every step. Nothing came as a surprise. Dr. Nicholson was thorough, gentle, and again, walked me through everything I was going to be seeing as he performed the surgery. It really was painless and not scary as I had thought it was going to be. It’s only 1 day after surgery but I can already see things clearer and brighter from my right eye. I’m more then ready now to have the left eye done. I would highly recommend Dr. Nicholson and the staff at Evergreen Eye Care. They really do care!!!

  Despite several negative reviews I had a good experience at this Stripes store. I have visited many locations throughout Texas and New Mexico and this one seems on par with the others. The store was clean, stocked, and the cashier was friendly.

  I am an assistant manager for this location. I must say it has improved 110% since I started in August 2016. I worked my way up quickly and my hard work was recognized as soon as we got new general manager. I love my job despite the stress because I have a great boss and a team who works hard as well. I wish the pay was better for assistants and that benefits were given as promised when hired. Corporate has tough time agreeing on many things but do seem to value our opinions to an extent. I wish we had better maintenance team because many work orders go unanswered and the things they do fix aren't in a timely manner which makes us look bad for things that are out of our hands. I sometimes feel under appreciated by corporate like nothing is ever good enough. I feel corporate could spend little more time in stores instead they focus on us when the big dogs are coming. Over all I love my job and have learned how to handle the pressure for perfection in a store that never closes and is usually short staffed. I love that I have regulars who make up majority of the customers and who appreciate all of the hard work we put in daily. Our team strives to make the customers happy as well as corporate happy. We aren't perfect of course but my great boss and great team make my job a job I love!
