Prompt,professional and very courteous.They arrived 20 minutes earlier than the appt. time and 4 hours later we had a new AC system,turn key, that works like a champ!! Super nice crew that knows their way around any HVAC problem or issue. Again, I highly recommend JD's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning...I will definitely use JD's in the future for any plumbing, heating or AC events!!

(July 30, 2020, 10:15 am)Very prompt and courteous service--Technician arrived in 30-40 minutes after my calling. Had my AC going in no time (20 minutes) as he actually lived nearby. Replaced the Capacitor and was on his way after paying with my Visa CC. This was about 5:30 PM on a very hot summer day.
