Very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to find the exact part I needed with very little description and had it waiting for me when I arrived. I definitely recommend calling them first.

Hands down the best vacuum repair place in Lubbock. Outstanding service, affordable, and fast. I used to use another place on 34th--can't believe it took me so long to find Wilbanks.
