  The staff that work here are all nice & polite, but Juan is the best. I don’t care what day or time I go in there, he is always there. Juan is always pleasant, cordial, helpful, and NEVER shows any frustration or impatience. Saturday, Dec 18th, he was working the register and handling the issues with the self checkout station as the line grew. He was very patient, never got frustrated, and polite to all. I can’t say my frustration would not have been showing. You can’t beat the staff at this Dollar General.

  There was only two people there.The young man greeted us and even talk to us for a moment. Excellent customer service

  Cashier was great and very friendly. I forget her name. I was there at 3pm on Thursday September 24th.

  This is the cleanest and friendliest store in Lubbock Texas!! I have a few stores that are closer too where I live. But I'd rather drive a little bit further just too see a cleaner store!! Loved it
