Driving home from Colorado, stopped in Lubbock for the night. We were craving Firehouse and found this location not far from the hotel. Got there maybe 10 minutes before closing time and might as well have been the first guest of the day with the enthusiastic greeting I received. All three kids working were friendly and warm. Got both sandwiches and all three thanked me on the way out. I had my usual (Steamer - Fully involved) and my wife had her usual turkey. Both were hot and fresh, again this was within ten minutes of their closing time. Wish I’d gotten their names so I could shout them out personally, but kudos to the operator of this location for your hiring and training! Great experience at the end of a long day! Visited 10.28.20, please pass this on to the closing staff that night!
