Great service had handful of cars ahead of me and got me in and out in no time

First time got a Nissan car and had a really good experience with them. Brad was the service advisor who is a very well experienced service manager. He spend enough time to explain me everything over the phone and recommended only necessary things. They are very professional and know what they are doing I must say. Not like other dealership services who would just tell you to fix things you don't need. Never had this nice experience with any other dealership services. Brad also answered to my all questions. When I went to pick up the car there was another guy who also explained to me very nicely about how I can save some labor fee as two of the recommended service would cost the same labor cost. Overall in very please with them always taking the vehicle to them.

McGavock took great care of my car and my family. Their facility is incredibly clean and inviting. They were quick and efficient in my repairs. They kept me well informed of what was going on with the car the whole time. Orlando with the service team was especially helpful. While I waited for repairs several employees stopped to ask if I needed anything or if they could help in any way. I highly recommend this business for going above and beyond in customer care.
