Extremely pleased with this facility and specifically with Byron. The facility was always well lit and clean...very presentable. Byron was always pleasant, helpful and respectful. I couldn't have hoped for a better facility. Was a little pricey but the items stored were in the same condition as when I stored them a year ago. Would definitely recommend this specific facility.

We've had a space here since 2017. Every single person that has worked at this location has been a HUGE help. They've gone above and beyond to get me what I needed when it came to move. Boxes to my car. Showed me how to use the TV boxes. Showed me after he had to call another store to see if another one had them. He went out of his way to drive and get them for me. Called me back so I could come get them. That's Byron. He is the greatest. I HIGHLY recommend Extra Space storage. 👌

Liam and the team here at this location are top notch. They are well informed and transparent, he made the whole process nice and smooth. This storage unit ensures that you feel confident leaving your most prized possessions in your storage unit. The area is well lit and accessible during a wide time frame. I have had only great experiences here, highly recommend!

My family and I had this storage space over 2 years before we got a house. Throughout our hectic moving... and believe me it was hectic... Byron made sure our transition and move was smooth and easy on his part. He even came to check on us periodically. Definitely 5 start 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 awesome customer service 👍🏼.

I initially reserved a 10x10 unit online. I wasn’t sure if it would be big enough, but I saw that they had some larger units available and that I could check out the unit BEFORE I sign the lease, which I found really enticing. When I arrived, having already reserved the 10x10, I went and looked at it first and realized that it would in fact be too small for what I needed. So from the unit I called Byron, the manager, who is so very helpful and kind; he sent out Jeremy to where I was, to show me not only the next size up, but in case THAT wasn’t big enough, the 10x20 they had available. I was so impressed with how they went out of their way to accommodate me in finding the right storage unit to fit my needs. I ended up with the 10x20, and with a few simple changes to my existing reservation, and the difference paid, the unit was mine. They even provided me with a high quality, seriously, the expensive disk lock, the one that is next to impossible to break with bolt cutter’s? That one. That gave me peace of mind. The hours for access are great, and I can’t say enough kind words about the staff! Professional; very courteous; they appeared happy to be there… even if they might not have been, all around GREAT IMPRESSION of the staff. The establishment is very clean and well kept as well. David was a huge help and thank you Byron, for an outstanding first impression.

Awesome fella behind the counter, I lost my receipt and he still did a warranty exchange I thought first sure I was out another 120 bucks
