    Selamun aleykum brother’s and sisters! Hi everyone! I m a new Muslim from turkey lived in tx for 22 years. One of my growing child my son moved here and I came to visit them. My friend toll me about there is nice mascid good people there I should go so I don’t missed jumma prayer so I did and I had great wellcame experience and really people I think is we Muslims sisters hood and brothers hood has speaci Care and thoughtfulness deep in our hearts. That’s what make is so speacil and truly we follow one true God Allah is the one and here we are all amazing love and care and help one another. Just once I visit it was amazing. I can’t wait to go this fryday again for jumma prayer insallah! I hope to see you all there ! Alhamdulillah! May Allah protect all of us from harms!

    Onlu Fazr And Isha prayers are done here in Jamah. Right now for safety in COVID-19, hand sanitizers and face masks are provided in entrance. Muslims pray keeping themselves 6 feet apart.

    About this Islamic Center: Muslim population in Lubbock is estimated to be 1000 Muslims. This includes about 150 families that call Lubbock home and a few hundred students at Texas Tech. The vast majority of this community members are successful professionals that contribute to the growth and prosperity of Lubbock. This community includes many Muslim physicians and professors. In addition, there are some business owners.
