I met Willie and he with the rest of the staff are wonderful, but most are also in a wheelchair so they certainly can relate to your issues. I broke my frame on mine and called them immediately. They said bring it in and we will fix it today! That’s exactly what they did for me. They even stay open later if they’re still working on something of yours. I have bought all of my wheelchairs at Per4max! They stay up with the newest and best quality of parts, so they remove the worry from making a decision.
