“Taci at The Rustic Brush-Lubbock was fantastic. I hosted a company Christmas party with 20 employees and their spouses there. Taci was so accommodating by allowing us to use her whole facility. We had it catered and brought our own drinks and she even let us stay longer after the projects were complete to play games as a team. She and her team did an awesome job organization all of us. She had all the craft projects laid out before we got there and was 100% organized and ready to go. Once we started our projects she and her team provided detailed directions and were super patient with our large group. The projects were of great quality and everyone was happy with their projects. Thanks to Taci and her team. They made our Christmas party a huge success.”

Downsides: no restroom and while the premium gas had been advertised at the same price as the higher end competitor up the street, it was only 90 octane, vs. 93 at the other gas station. In the end, it was less of a good value.”

“The service was great, nice friendly staff that was very helpful with the menu. Burgers were good and juicy; I had the Bucket Burger and my wife had the Jalapeno Cheddar Burger. Both burgers came on Jalapeno Cheddar buns which were great also. Beware their jalapeno's are hot and they don't hold back when they stack them on your sandwich. We got a side of Twister Fries which were crispy and delicious; plus a side of onion rings which were Ok, we did not like the breading. Restaurant was clean but needed to be picked up (we went after lunch rush). We will be going back and trying more items on the menu. Overall great food and great customer service.”

“Accidentally locked the keys in the trunk of my Hertz rental car at 5 pm on a Saturday, and neither Hertz nor AAA could get in. Steve w Brock Lock and Key worked with Hertz corporate customer service to get the key code for my rental vehicle and get a new key made at 10:30 at night. He was courteous, helpful, and considering all the circumstances charged a very fair price. Hertz's solution was to wait until Monday (!), so Steve really got me out of a jam. Highly recommend this business.”
