Shallowater Mobile Home & RV Park

We have lived here 5 years and enjoyed every minute! We appreciate that the owners live on-site and take pride in this community. It is very quiet and safe. Nice place to call home!!

Currently the only park allowing tiny homes in the Lubbock Texas area. The mobile home park is clean, well managed, and reasonably priced.

Very cute! Might be looking for a place to put my RV soon. It's very clean and well taken care of! Looks secure and safe.

My family and I have lived here for three years since moving from Missouri. It’s a very quiet park and the neighbors are extremely friendly. For the area, this is a very inexpensive place to live within an amazing school district. I live right behind the owners house and have never had any issues. The park is well-maintained , clean and quiet.

VERY best RV Park. 1-year stay for work in the area and Shallowater RV was the cleanest and friendliest park I've stayed in for many years. The owners take great pride in the grounds, and take care of their tenants.

Pros: Friendly responsive owners, meticulously maintained grounds, level graveled sites, auto-draft available, security cameras, free wi-fi, very clean laundry room, many shade trees, large fenced doggie area, available storage area for boats etc, 1-mile walking trail on site... many amenities other parks do not have and very competitive rates.

Cons: Trains roll through this quaint little town occasionally but I was oblivious to them after a week or so. Better than staying by the airport.

I chose to stay here and commute to the south side of Lubbock (30-miles round trip) every day because it was hands down the best park around.
