“I was a hired photographer for this shop and I got the pleasure of watching these talented guys all show off their work. Every single barber I got to meet was very kind, cared about the quality of their hair cut, and definitely were all friends. The atmosphere was like being at home on the holidays. They knew most of the customers by name and got to know any new faces while staying efficient when things got busy. Just a great shop and after watching 10+ cuts, I even got my own hair cut, which came out great, and it’s now where I’ll go regularly.”

“I had a torn meniscus that was excruciating at times. My knee was also locking in place anytime I bent it too much as a result. I visited and spoke with 2 different prominent doctors here in Lubbock and both were very adamant that we proceed with invasive surgery to repair it. After researching stem cell therapy as an alternative measure, I was fortunate enough to find Dr Smyer. I called and spoke to his office manager and she took my information down and said she'd have Dr Smyer reach out when he's available to go over what options they could give me. Of the four different people waiting on me, especially the manager guy there, everybody is always courteous, informative, thorough, precise, and they go out of their way to take care of you, and that does not happen by accident. I can't say the same for other Walmart locations.”

“By far the BEST place I have ever been in for the elderly. My mom was there until the day she passed and Tressa was right there with us the entire time. Two of her hospice nurses and the hospice Chaplain even came to her funeral. The staff are loving, caring and genuinely good to the people living there. They have three home cooked meals every day, which was offered to us as well, that is amazing!!! There is bingo, prayer service and singing daily. They even had a hayride for Halloween with their costume party! I can't tell you just how greatful my family is for EVERYONE at Adam's. Family of Joy W.”

“I was surprised to see one reviewer leave such a negative review of Wedgewood South. My mother lived here for about a year and half, and on the whole, she had a good experience. The staff was responsive and always treated her with the utmost care and dignity. Everyone there became like family to us. Mom's only disappointment was with the food. The menu seemed bland and repetitive and sometimes arrived cold. If they could have provided more appetizing meals, I would have given them 5 stars.”
