“New year, new phone... Greg!! Give this man a raise, a promotion, and at minimum an enthusiastic pat on the back. So many reasons Greg is GREAT: 1. He saved my mom at least $70/month in untapped discounts. Wow. 2. He upgraded my phone from an antiquated device to a snazzy new 12. I always dread switching phones -- not that I don't love a nicer toy, but I loathe the inconvenience, the fear of losing information, and the distrust I have in myself to execute the process. Greg did all the legwork of transferring my data, ensuring my biz was secure, and keeping me perfectly calm along the way. 3. He has the patience of a saint!! Greg was overly generous in answering my numerous questions, walking me through the nooks and crannies of the new phone, and indulging me in irrelevant small talk as he worked his magic. 4. CUSTOMER SERVICE in all caps. Rarely do I come across such quality service -- thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt -- with an interest in me rather than the sale. After the Year of Suck that was 2020, many of us don't have the time or mental energy to deal with extra headaches that arise from new technology or mediocre sales staff. Greg was such a pleasant, refreshing, and happy surprise from the experience I (erroneously) anticipated. In summary: every store needs a Greg. “I love love this credit union ? ❤. They will find a way to work with people and given them a chance. Most Lubbock banks will NOT WORK with you at all. The only thing missing and needed at the credit union is a teller machine on their property in Slaton for everyday withdrawals. The STAFF is EXTRA ORDINARY and PROFESSIONAL. A person is treated like FAMILY. NEVER a judgment of your financial status. Not too say, anything bad about this company, but they will not deposit most checks until the day it's due. The Lubbock banks and credit unions are disgusting. I LOVE CAPROCK SANTA FE CREDIT UNION HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!!”
