“The only item that kept me from giving five stars was the return check-in process. There wasn't any return check-in at all. Had to leave car in an exit lane inside parking lot area as there was no one checking in cars and the entire return lane was totally full. I wanted to know that I had successfully checked in and I wanted a receipt . The process of picking up the car was fine and the car itself was great. Just disappointed at the end This was probably NOT a problem limited to Alamo....it appeared that NO ONE was checking cars in. This airport needs to provide check in agents prior to 8am. Lubbock has too many early morning flights to disregard those passengers who have to drop off early.”

“Holly and Paul at PRO Self Storage are wonderful! The facility is SO clean, brightly lit, and very secure. I’m impressed with how easy it is to set up a rental and payment. Everything is online and automatic! We’ve rented twice for (home renovation and to store items to have a huge garage sale) and both rentals were just perfect. I know it seems strange to gush over a storage facility- but it’s THAT good!”
