  Really nice and well kept property. Office Staff and Maintenance Team are very responsive and professional. Kathleen, Tracy and Morgan are super friendly and Joseph will always go out of his way to help in any way he can. These guys really know how to make The Lodge at River Park a wonderful place to call home!

  I lived at The Lodge at River Park for 8 years and cannot imagine a better living experience. In all aspects of a community from the leasing agents, maintenance crew and residents, this place is the most friendly and responsive community I've ever lived in. A special recognition goes out to the maintenance crew, they are knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive to your needs. The pool is amazing, there are even floats for the kids to use. The river and Trinity Trail access is amazing, especially if you have kids or are a fitness enthusiast.

  I have lived at the Lodge for 6 years. It is a wonderful community with great neighbors. The staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance team is the best. They are very efficient and friendly. It really makes you feel good when the staff and maintenance team knows who you are and will stop just to say hi plus they love my dog! We will be moving in October to one of the newly renovated apartments. Very excited!!

  Kudos to Morgan and staff! I have lived here since 2017 and just renewed my lease. They have been great to work with as well as the maintenance staff. My air conditioner went out this summer and they were right on it and fixed it the same day! So refreshing to experience such great customer service.
  
  The location is great and convenient to wherever you need to go in FW. I feel safe in this neighborhood as well. With direct access to the Trinity Trail, you can bicycle to Benbrook Lake or head the opposite direction and ride to downtown! I looked at all the properties on River Park and you get so much more for your money here. I have a one bedroom with a small office nook and it feels so much roomier than most apartments. I highly recommend you check them out!

  Mrs shield NP is really fantastic.. I am a ICU nurse with 25 year’s of experience so I know a professional exam and care when I receive it. And just like nurse practitioners are well known for, she spent the extra time really listening to my symptoms and concerns. Very personable lady. I highly recommend her!
