  I haven't had an issue with this place yet. I would recommend putting the office phone on Google maps for this location so that people don't have to deal with the aggravating machine every time they call. That being said the prices are reasonable. The staff are friendly and attentive. The storage facilities are clean and spacious. They even offer climate controlled units for people like myself that baby their electronics and don't want them sitting out in the heat. I absolutely love the courtesy calls, especially when the machine refuses to accept my card information for payment over the phone.

  After a stressful day of looking for storage units, I was relieved to find this place. Tina was very friendly and helped me find a unit and also gave me a tour of where my unit was. The employees all together were awesome and had good vibes.

  Tina is such a sweetheart, she goes above and beyond for anyone who rents a unit at her facility! She keeps the facility as clean as possible! She always asks how you're doing when you go into the office and helps you when she can! We absolutely love renting at Tina's facility! We couldn't ask for a better or sweeter person! Tina you're the best! Thank you for all that you do and for making our stay at your storage unit 1 in a million! You make us feel like we're at home and you make us feel at ease. We're glad that the facility is gated and that the units come with insurance.

  Amazing experience from Nathalie! She made my entire new year so far! She took all time with me I needed answering all my questions & making sure I was comfortable and understood everything being i’ve never rented storage. I love her! High Recommend
