  Plenty of room, not all jammed up to the trailer next to you. Concrete pads for trailer and truck parking. All the grass is mowed regular and trimmed around your trailer. Nice laundry room and bath house and a convenience store onsite. Also have propane filling station and reasonably priced. Real nice folks that manage the place. Monthly rate is about an average rate, there are cheaper places around and a couple that are higher in price. Some lots have nice shade trees and others without if you'd prefer not to be under a tree. Looks like there may be a few permanent residence but all are kept up nice and clean.

  My first time staying there was earlier this year during a P66 turnaround and i have to say it was one of the better RV parks in the area. the staff was awesome and the site was quiet and well taken care of. I have made reservations for the 2020 TA already. see you there

  Friendly staff and good price. Plenty of large spots. Calvin is the best

  Great park with great staff. Definitely close to all the plants and definitely my only place to stay in matagorda county
