Staff and Dr Rangel are very comfortable to be with. We moved from La where Reese had same pediatrician for 12 yrs. Reese was comfortable with Dr Rangel for his first appointment with a new doctor. Dr Rangel is a breath of fresh air. Everything about this office was a wonderful experience. He gave Reese advice to follow and Reese understood what he said. Yes, Reese is a lucky boy to be accepted in Dr Angel’s care

Cannot recommend this place enough! Especially PA Lauren Stein! We had a scare with my three year old one early morning and went to an ER and they were extremely unhelpful and rude. In desperation, I called Northeast pediatrics in Castroville (very helpful and sweet whoever was on the phone) and they got me an appointment that afternoon! Lauren Stein is so caring, sweet, and attentive. Never rushed us, and was determined to find answers! She was also so knowledgeable and helped me understand a lot! We’ve been here a lot the last week doing tests and finding answers, and she is always happy to help! It’s been so nice knowing I have someone as knowledgeable as her on my childrens side!

And, I must compliment the nurses. Inbetween moving and changing insurances, I missed some of my youngest child’s immunization and had quite a bit. They offered to have me break it up, but for personal reasons I chose to do it all then. I’ve had a nurse go quite slow with the needles before and was afraid it’d happen again (I asked this time and they said this nurse is quick). I’m happy to say she was amazingly quick! My one year old cried for like a minute, which is the least he’s ever cried with shots.

Overall, very pleased with this team and their care for my children.

I had a wonderful experience with PA Stein. She was very kind, attentive, and addressed every concern I had. I can tell she really cares about her patients and I am so glad I made the switch to this office for my children. Thank you!

Dr. Rangel is very nice and gentle and with my daughter. He always has answers to our questions and shows his concerns and sympathy. Sabrina (office manager) is also extremely nice. She has gone above and beyond for my daughter and I when she needs to be seen last minute is able to get us in and is very quick to relay messages & return calls.

All the staff from the front desk to the back office were fantastic. Everyone was so nice & respectful. This was my son's 1st appt & wait time was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Rangel was amazing. He answered all of my questions, examination was thorough & he didn't rush the appointment. He made my son feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend this office!!
