Just got my second MINI since my 2012 Cooper S and i have to say that going to MINI of The Woodlands is by far the best place to shop.
Everyone took care of my from sales to finance to managers, the whole experiences was great!

My husband and I just went here and had an amazing experience. We were able to trade in our old vehicle and get a newer SUV, what made this such a great experience was our salesman Dustin he found the SUV I wanted and he was genuine about making us happy with our new choice. When it comes time for my husband to get a new car we will defiantly be back to see Dustin and Mini again! This team cares about their customers and honesty that’s what sold us on buying from them.
We absolutely loved every minute spent at Mini of the Woodlands. Emily greeted us at the door, and Cole Sandoval, our amazingly helpful and witty salesperson, was patient and as we picked through and test drove cars. Even though the paperwork involved in buying a car can be cumbersome, Manuel Encarnacion was friendly and detailed oriented. We felt comfortable with every person involved in helping us pick out and buy the just right car for us.
Every step of the buying process was wonderful, and our drive home last night was exciting. Thanks Cole for sharing your humor and joining us in our fun!
I drove home last night in my newly purchased “John Cooper Works”. My buying experience actually started a week earlier on March 2nd. That Saturday I met a young salesman name Cole Sandoval. Cole allowed me the freedom of walking around the car lot. Which I greatly appreciated. At that time I had not decided what type of Mini I would purchase or whether or not I was going to buy a car. Cole was there and answered all my questions. Cole was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I gave Cole my contact numbers and email address. Then headed back to my house which is a 45 miles away. I mentioned that to emphasize the fact I live 8 miles away from another Mini dealership. Considering the fact that I drove 90 miles round trip to make my purchase is a credit to Cole and the sales team at The Woodlands. After I got home I received a thank you email from Cole. I responded to Cole and told him I was having some technical problem with the car. He told me he would call me the next morning which he did. He was able to help me over the phone. My turn to say thank you to Cole. Way to follow up young man.
Just got a new Mini Countryman from Mini of the Woodlands and I absolutely love this car! Everyone at the dealership was so nice and helpful especially Cole Sandoval. He did a great job helping me with trading in my vehicle and getting a good deal on my new mini without feeling pressured to make a hasty decision.
