On January 31st, my employer had Magic Wand come out to clean the tile in the kitchen, half bath, dining room and front walkway. Upon arriving at work at around noon, the floor was still wet, which is understandable. What upset us both was the fact he didn't have any crevice tools to get around the toilet, she has 2 cats, which even sweeping up the litter there's always litter. So, why would you not have that tool? There was litter glued to the baseboards in the walkway to the laundry room. Overall the grout looks great.
