I do not like dentist at all. I get really nervous which usually results with me bolting out of there and neglecting my dental health. I had a really bad experience once that left me scared to go back to one. This place here has really renewed my confidence! The whole team really cares about your comfort and they kept me informed along the way throughout my experience. Dr Patel did not embarrass me or make me feel bad about my dental health as it has been a while. She focused on what my issue was and handled my problem quickly! I was able to have my appointment quickly with no wait! I have found my dental home! I would like the sincerely thank the whole team for being great!
Dr. Patel and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience the whole time I was there. Dr. Patel also made sure I understood my treatment plan being that I am 7 months pregnant.
The staff was awesome, and the doctor was very attentive and explained everything thoroughly! The office was clean and neat! The staff took the time to answer my questions and get me in as soon as possible- I would recommend this office to anyone!
DR Patel and her entire team is amazing! I have been to a lot of different dentists in my life, and she is one of the best! Two weeks ago I had an accident and broke two front teeth. It was a traumatic experience. Shortly after leaving the ER, DR Patel and her team got me into a last minute appointment and worked on correcting & repairing my broken teeth. I was amazed, that not only did she repair the broken teeth, but it actually looks better than before my accident happened. I was back to work the very next day, with an even better smile, all thanks to DR Patel and Grand Central Dentistry. What a great team of professionals. Clean, kind and courteous. Best dentist in all of Conroe and Houston!! Go see for yourself. Thanks DR Patel for keeping me smiling and looking like a million bucks!!
I used to go to element dental before coming to grand central dentistry. What a difference in patient care and customer service standards! Dr. Patel took the time to answer all my questions and educate me in proper dental hygiene practices. She has undeniable bedside manner. I look forward to coming back for my future dental needs.
