EnergyFit is an awesome gym!! Cody Phillips is one amazing coach! My son was dealing with a bully at school until he trained him and taught him to stand up for himself and fight back. I recommend this gym to everyone I know. 10 PLUS STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!!!

EnergyFit has such a great vibe for a gym! I love how clean it is every visit and doesn't make you feel like you don't fit in! Cody the owner takes very good care of all of his gym goers! He helps you with any of your gym needs! High recommend for beginners or experienced people!

Me , my husband and daughter all train here. It is not easy to find a family friendly gym. It is cleanest and nicest gym around and inviting to women and children. The professors and coaches work with all levels and are top notch. The owner is super friendly and easy to talk to and will answer any questions you have. I never imagined falling in love with a gym, but it has become a family to ours .

What a remarkable gym to be a part of!!! Cant say enough great things about this place, the coaches, the athletes; all amazing. The coaches are very experienced, patient, thorough and push you to be your best person. Ive learned so much in the past 4-5 months I've been there and am excited to continue on my journey.

From day one, we have absolutely loved training here. The gym is always clean, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Cody and his staff have created a wonderful atmosphere, for both kids and adults. We could not be happier with our experience here over the last two years, and can't wait to see what awesome things are to come!
