  Great service at DeMontrond Volkswagen of Conroe After leaving another dealership due a lack of transparency on pricing/financing, I went to The DeMontrond Volkswagen of Conroe where I received really professional guidance and support. John Parkison was very affable, helped me to find the right vehicle for my budget. Love my white Jetta 2019. Can't wait come back for my atlas.

  We were in the market for a new car and went to many dealerships. John Parkinson at the VW dealership in Conroe was amazing! At other dealerships we met salespeople who didn’t know the cars they were selling and weren’t very personable. From the beginning and all throughout our car buying process we felt that John had our best interests in mind. He always responded quickly to our many questions and requests and was very patient when we changed our mind about the specifications we wanted. If you want a knowledgeable salesperson who obviously loves what he does and knows the ins and outs of the cars he sells, we highly recommend John (and the VW Atlas)!

  Old school customer service. John Parkinson is knowledgeable and upfront. He started making sure even though I emailed earlier he wasn’t stepping on toes of his coworker. He showed patience when I paused the deal to go check my credit union.

  Best dealership experience I’ve had in a long time. John Parkinson was the friendliest, personable and detailed sales person I’ve ever come across. John really knew his stuff and every single detail about the vehicle we were interested in. We purchased an Atlas and we absolutely love it. The sales manager was also very helpful and accommodating to our needs, these guys made trading our old car and getting a new very simple and straight forward. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel like family. I would highly recommend John our sales person and this dealership to anyone. Keep up the good work guys.
