(August 7, 2019, 5:05 pm)I have never been a huge fan of going to the doctor but this past weekend I HAD to go in and after going in I wish I could make this place my primary doctors office! They are clean, efficient and actually care about you! Alan, MaryAnne and Karen were wonderful and actually took time with me to figure out what would be best for my needs to make me feel better - they made me feel like a person rather than a number (other clinics have made me feel this way). Thank you so much to the staff! I'm on the road to recovery with a better outlook on the medical field.

(July 3, 2019, 12:53 pm)Went to Next Level for my son because he fell at the splash pad and cut his chin. Tammy, Julia, and Kim Hess are awesome! They listened very well, explained everything, and are the sweetest ladies ever! Definitely will be going back!!!! Thanks so much ladies!!????????

(June 25, 2019, 9:54 pm)Extremely fast! I don’t think I was there more than 20 minutes from start to finish. Check in is simple, paperwork is all online, and prescriptions are sent electronically. The front desk receptionist was super sweet as well as the nurse and the PA I saw today. I have definitely found a new place to go when my doctors office is closed.

There was an error on my billing, and the billing department and supervisor went above and beyond to correct the mistake!! Awesome customer service!! I would highly recommend Next Level!!

(April 23, 2019, 1:33 pm)An excellent experience overall! Very little wait time or paperwork...well taken care of by Julia & Tammy. Jose Etienne P.A.C. diagnosed my problem almost immediately and took care of it with a shot and a prescription. There was also an impressive detailed summary online of my visit. Would not hesitate to use this nice, clean facility again, or to recommend it to friends or family.
