Great prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I was very impressed with Jennifer when I went in to see if my hearing aides needed adjusted, she said I need to have a mold made of my ear canal in order to get a custom fit. She really seemed to know exactly what my problems were, and she explained how my aides have a lot of accessories that are compatible to help make them better, very excited to hopefully be getting some use out of them after having them a year. Will update later after I have seen her a few more times.
We were researching hearing aids for my wife and Jen was a godsend! She was very patient, answered all our questions and did not let "the sale" get in her way of educating us and providing reasonable options. She is a rare find in this day of disposable customer service. Jen is an asset to Hearing Aid Express!!! Good Job Jen!!!
Jennifer was so helpful with my grandmother's hearing aids. She was very patient, efficient, and caring for her. The rest of the staff was friendly also, but I would highly recommend Jennifer at this location!
My mom had a tough time accepting the fact that she needed hearing aids and was concerned with others seeing her wearing them. Jen not only was able to show her how much the aids would help but also helped her to find a pair that was barely visible. Jen was so warm and caring that now my mom talks about how much better she can hear and refers her friends to Jen. Thank you, Jen!
