I am very thankful for Dr. Trahan and Dr. Zingalis and the time they took to answer my questions and help me understand what was going on with my teeth. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions and concerns I had after going over my records. The staff at Epic has always been very polite and respectful when speaking with them. I would highly recommend these doctors and their office.
I have nothing but favorable comments regarding Epic Smiles. Dr. Zingalis and his staff contribute to an outstanding experience prior to, during and after the appointment. I needed to have major oral surgery and his techniques and skills resulted in a post surgery recovery with minimum pain, much lower than I expected.
After the disappointing and nearly harmful experience my husband and I had with Dr. Oliver, I am pleased to be able to recommend the doctors at Epic Smiles without hesitation. From the front office ladies to the dental assistants to the two dentists, we have experienced polite, professional, caring service. Everything is explained prior to treatment. We leave there feeling well cared for.
After being with Dr. Atwood, who was a very good dentist, we can now see that Dr. Oliver seriously neglected our dental needs. Dr. Trahan and Dr. Zingalis are
proving to be very good dentists. I highly recommend them.
I've been going to this dentist from when Dr. Oliver first took it over from Dr. Atwood. Never had a bad experience. I was concerned when the practice was sold and essentially all new staff was brought in. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. All of the staff, every single one, have gone out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and kind, and Dr. Z and Dr. T are amazing dentists. The work that they have done for me I thought would never turn out this fantastic.
To Ms. Martinez: There is no way these women in the front office were rude, I'd stake my reputation on it. They have always greeted me by name and made me feel comfortable being there and I am a scaredy cat when it comes to dentists so that should say something.
I recommend these fine people of Epic Smiles to anyone looking for a new dentist with absolutely no reservations.
