  Opened 5 minutes early and did a great job moving people thru the process and getting the next person in line to the appointed station. Got there at 8:50 and out the door at 9:15. Very well organized!

  Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Took the time to help and didn't make me feel like a bother. It's so nice to go into a government office and be treated so kindly. Thank you Conroe SS office!

  I have walked in, Called, had documents faxed! But the office would lose those documents and then hold up my funds. It’s funny I’ve had the worst and best experience in one office.
  The lady at window 13 had me ordering documents only for someone else to that’s not what we need.
  I was very disappointed in the entire process!
  Then once again after being told, we didn’t receive the needed information. I walked in waited the 30 minutes to a hour.
  And Ms Torres, not only was I more then a ss# she checked what exactly was the hold up. When she discovered it was their system not my lack of following instructions. She helped me.
  She didn’t send me home to get more information, she didn’t talk down to me. She didn’t treat me as if my arrival in the office had ruined her day.
  She was helpful, understanding and most important she cared!
  She resolved the situation while I was there! She helped!!!!
  
  I have one suggestion. Have printers in the office and fax machine. Charge for the documents. But stop sending people home to return later. Due to information is via email or documents that are downloaded on their ( client) phone. This way it can be access directly in office and speed up the process.

  Went in today to get a replacement social security card. Never been here before and the parking lot was almost full. I was expecting a long wait. Got my check in ticket in short order and was told by a lady wearing a head set to go to desk 23. I noticed several of these folks wearing the head sets giving direction to the people waiting. I was in and out in short order. Good job.
