In June of 2007, Alan was sent out from Family Life Church to start Conroe Christian Center in Conroe. On Sunday September 9, 2007, (after 12 weeks of Bible studies) the first official church service began. In September of 2014 The Lord gave us a new name, we are now, Change Pointe Church.
