    I choose here. It is old school grunge gum with mostly serious folks. Sometimes you meet people and sometimes everyone is just focused. Powerlifters here. ....link alert lol to lame as s planet fitness

    This is a great gym to get away from the overcrowding of a typical gym. The people here are super friendly and helpful that it doesn’t matter if you’re a pro or a first timer, you’re sure to fit right in.

    First time visitor toady. This is a bad a$$ gym! There is a great selection of equipment, everything from your standard deadlift/bench/squat to strong man equipment. I believe I spoke with the owner today, she was extremely sweet and stopped what she was doing to ask how my workout was as I was leaving. Highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to push their training to the next level. Commercial gyms can’t compare to metro flex!

    Excellent hardcore gym. No A/C, not many mirrors, just a bunch of great equipment that looks like it's been used every single day. This is not for casual people looking to get some cardio.
