    Let me tell you this I usually hate shopping but when it comes to shopping at this store I enjoy every minute and that's mainly to due with the customer service. Every worker is always super helpful especially the cashiers at the front, mainly the hispanic guy with the glasses that dude hella chill and very charismatic.

    This has become my favorite Michael’s and today, just topped it off. Thanks to the young lady working the register today. It’s fairly new so the layout takes time getting use to but the staff here, at this location vs the others around here, are exceptional more helpful and pleasant to approach. They are more friendly and you can often find help. The other one in town lost my business a couple years ago. They were the only one in town. Not so much on the friendly side, you get one person here and there but not much and I been shopping there for over 10 years!). Having friendly and outgoing customers makes you want to go shop and return. You can have the best deals but if I have to shop in a hostel environment or no personality, I take my business elsewhere. I am an online shopper who gets anxiety attacks and I will at least leave to go to this location. So happy there is a Michael’s I can enjoy shopping at again!

    Today I was helped by the sweetest lady named Madison. She went above and beyond to ensure I got all of the picture frames I was looking for. I love Michaels, but these 5 stars are for Madison!! Keep up the fantastic work. Also, one suggestion corporate, make it easier to leave these awesome people reviews, they deserve recognition.

    Astounding customer service. The employees I have encountered there and asked for help go an extra mile to help you find what you are looking for or an alternative. Large amount of products, lots of sales in store and online, coupons online as well.
