The receptionist name Kiah at the front desk was very nice and convinced me to join. i have a membership with them now and I go in with by myself some days and other days I bring my husband along to get a massage. Also the facials are phenomenal. The specialist gave me tips on how to keep my face moisturized and soft. I can't wait to go back for my next appointment.

(December 16, 2018, 11:42 pm)The massage therapist was phenomenal, but I don't want to deal with a business model that rips off their clients. I was 5 minutes late to an hour and half massage due to circumstances out of my control and I can understand it being a business.. BUT, they gave me an hour massage and still charged me for an hour and a half WHILE there were NO OTHER CLIENTS THERE. I can understand if a client was after me so they couldn't accommodate, but this is fraud. I was charged for a service I did not receive. "We will adjust for it" does not mean you will give a massage for half the time and charge for the full massage. It means you will adjust to a later start time. Also, the therapist was very sick and no one asked me ahead of time if I was comfortable with that. I am getting married in two days and if I end up catching this it will ruin the biggest event in my life. I really wanted a membership here, but I don't want to deal with fraudulent, unethical business practices. I needed to relax, but instead I feel ripped off and even more stressed.

The owner reached out to me and and discussed the situation, being very understanding and accommodating. My second experience here was amazing and I couldn't be happier to now be a member here. They really do hire the best massage therapists.
