  These people have the right name for their business “Dependable “. I am a business owner and have a lot of contacts for a/c repair. Not one could accommodate today. I found this company off of google, gave them a call and they had someone out within 15 minutes. The tech is very professional and had the problem fixed within 10 minutes. Thanks for the outstanding service you preformed today!

  I don’t typically do reviews but these guys deserve one. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates great communication, honesty and great work. Thank you Brenda and Nasario for the great experience and getting our A/C fixed quickly.

  My first experience with Dependable Heating and A/C Service was 6 years ago when both of my A/C systems failed to cool on a hot day in August. Their "Comfort Specialists" had both systems replaced and cooling the next day at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this outstanding company!

  Dependable Heating and Air is exactly what I want in a service company. I am from a small town in central Texas. When I first moved to the Houston area 20 years ago, I was overwhelmed by the big city/big company manner of business handling. It was so disconnected, cold, and commercial. Now twenty years later...don't get me wrong I can hold my own, but I still find comfort in doing business with small companies. Companies that place their priority on the customer relationship, the integrity of a job done right, networking within a community, and fair/ honest pricing. Keith and Nasario are very personable. They answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I was educated and comfortable with the A/C replacement choice I made. I never need to worry about filter changes or upkeep...they keep me up to date with my maintenance plan so I can focus on other things. When you find a company like this...you just know, you found your "A/C guy". Now anytime anyone asks if I know a good A/C guy I tell them, "You gotta try my A/C guy, Keith! He owns Dependable..."

  I can always count on Dependable Air Conditioning. I run a business and every time our Freezer, refrigerator, air conditioner you name it, is not working, I call Dependable AC. They always come out and diagnose the problem right away. They fix it even on our old units. If they think it is not worth fixing, they are the first to recommend a new one. I would always recommend Dependable AC for anything. They are the best! Good honest people work for Dependable AC.
