The people here are awesome! I ordered a few things from them and the usps man either lost my package or someone stole it. Either way, I called my post office which was no help at all, then emailed Big Tex Outdoors, and they sent sent me a replacement order without me even having to ask. Absolutely amazing customer service!

One of the best gun stores in Texas and online stores available. They sell good products and take care of their customers. Any time I've had an issue with the manufacturer's product the resolution was always a better outcome than I'd expect. They sell good products and it really isn't something I worry about but it's good to know if something slips through the QA/QC cracks you aren't getting gouged for returns. It's a great business with great prices/sales and honest owners. I couldn't recommend them more highly. I pay sales tax to buy from Big Tex Outdoors. Usually the deal makes up for it too...
