“Drew the owner and Chase, the Sr. Technician were simply amazing. Never have I had an HVAC company respond the same day. Chase called and asked if he could show up after dinner (he was booked) which is always fine when there is no AC. He showed up later than anticipated but it was Friday night. He finally had it up and running perfectly by midnight. Fast forward a few months, I decided to replace my large unit and Drew went to work finding me the best unit for our situation, explaining it to me in detail, and ensuring above and beyond I was comfortable in what we were doing, how it works, and why we made a right choice. Haven't done business with many HVAC companies who I implicitly trust. I trust Drew and Chase and they are my new HVAC first responders. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. “5*PLUS. I called my usual (former) septic company to have my aerobic tanks pumped and they told me it would be a minimum of 8 days!! Then I called Jones and ask the same question and was told "no problem we can be there this evening." The gentleman driving the pumper had to go around a downed power pole to get to my house. I know what the (former) company would have said. He then pumped and cleaned my tanks then replace the lid screws. Also, he was a wealth of knowledge for future reference on pumping. He was a true professional! This gentleman had been on a route that day that took him all the way to Richmond Tx. I'm 70 mile the other direction. When my contract is up with my (former) septic service. Jones has all my business and my families on our property also. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD. TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST !!!!”

“After our house flooded (twice) in 2016, Mr. Currier was very helpful with getting our floors redone. He was very knowledgeable about his products and gave us a great deal. He was able to make our ordeal much less stressful. We also used their company to re-carpet our daughter's mobile home. They were in and out in just a few ours and made sure to show me the subfloor was in good shape before putting the new carpet in. Mr. Currier helped me pick out just the right carpet for her and our Grandson, and it was very affordable.”
