“5 stars to these guys. In the past, I've paid much more money for so much less. My wife and I were staying with her parents until while our home was being built. So, in the interim, we had most of our household in storage. Our move consisted of loading up everything from the storage and also, my in-law's. That wasn't a problem with these guys whatsoever. Wherever I needed to go, they just said they'll follow me and take care of. "No problem, sir. We're gonna take care of you, " One of them said to me. - And they did. I was moved into my new home in 3 hours. They were courteous, respectful and definitely hard workers. I actually had to tell them to take a break. If I actually planned on moving anytime in the near future, I'd hire these guys in a heartbeat. If I had any complaint, it would be that I wish we could have started earlier in the morning but that's not really a big deal. Pack It Movers, I'm not sure of their names but the three men you sent me, they were great. I sure do thank y'all!”

“From the time we rented a unit at the Life Storage facility on FM 1488, the whole experience has been positive. Rental of our first large unit was smooth and seamless because of Daniel’s knowledge and expertise. Since that time, we have rented an additional smaller unit, and we’ve never had a single problem. Even our automatic billing has never had a glitch - a small miracle in itself. We’ve had to be in and out of the unit a lot, and the entire facility is always clean and comfortable. Daniel and Allyson have always been extremely friendly, helpful, and available. Even when an auction company we worked with was somewhat troublesome, Daniel and Allyson were gracious and accommodating. The facility’s hours - both for the office and for our after-office-hours access - have been very convenient. Its location is central to The Woodlands, Conroe, and Magnolia, and it’s accessible from the freeway.
