“We are very happy to see our home finally come together. It is exactly what we wanted and we are satisfied with the end result. The process did seem a bit long and we did get a few delays. We were told the house would be ready by December 2018 and through setbacks and delays we didn't officially move in until the end of March 2019. Thankfully, my wife and I were in a position were we could be patient and wait for that. If not, i'm sure it would have been a different story. The whole process from the loan folks, Ashley and Kristina, was smooth and painless. They really made it super easy and were always attentive to our questions and had answers each time. Corky the sales manager was incredible. He was always there when we had questions or concerns, took care of things that we brought up to their attention, kept us informed and updated on the house and told us we could reach out to him 24/7. Steven the building manager was a good guy as well, took the time to build our house the right way and fixed everything we pointed out. He was very clear and informative to show us everything around the house and told us if we needed anything he was a phone call away. Overall we are blessed and satisfied with the house.”

“I know there's cheaper apartments around but the managers here will jump over fences to help you and that means a lot I'm a busy man and the amenities and things that they offer are completely amazing I love the gym I love the pool and the dog park all things that just make my life that much easier. Friday's is a long day for me the fact that they actually will come and walk your dog I've never had that kind of treatment. The wooded setting is very nice. On-site amenities including the gym, pool, office, pool table, clubhouse, dog/walking trail and fishing lake are unbelievable. The assigned parking space is a huge plus. The concierge services and convenient trash pickup service will definitely be time savers. “I lived here for almost two years and I think this complex is great. Decent pricing as long as you do long term, great maintenance, and the office is responsive and polite. Every staff member I've talked to here is generally friendly. I've lived in a lot of complexes until I moved into a house and this one was by far the best. Also it didn't flood during Harvey so that's a plus. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that if you live close to the pool it is sometimes loud at night. This isn't 100% their fault, but I think they should enforce the pool hours more. If you don't live by the commons/pool then it's five stars.”
