“5*PLUS. I called my usual (former) septic company to have my aerobic tanks pumped and they told me it would be a minimum of 8 days!! Then I called Jones and ask the same question and was told "no problem we can be there this evening." The gentleman driving the pumper had to go around a downed power pole to get to my house. I know what the (former) company would have said. He then pumped and cleaned my tanks then replace the lid screws. Also, he was a wealth of knowledge for future reference on pumping. He was a true professional! This gentleman had been on a route that day that took him all the way to Richmond Tx. I'm 70 mile the other direction. When my contract is up with my (former) septic service. Jones has all my business and my families on our property also. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD. TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST !!!!”
