  Couldn't be happier with these guys. I had a bout of "death wobble" on my F-250, a very serious and dangerous issue that I have been told is very hard to diagnose. I tried a few other local shops and it was going to be several days before they could even look at it. Some of those shops wanted around $100 just for the diagnostic visit. I got one local shop to take a look at it, and they said they weren't sure what was wrong, but they recommended I go to BigTex.
  
  I called and they got me in immediately. They put it up on the rack and told me to come back into the work area so I could see everything they were doing. Josh showed me exactly what was wrong and what parts were bad. He could have said a lot of other things were wrong (considering I have almost 180,000 miles on my truck), but he didn't I have never seen a shop so willing to let the customer observe the diagnostic process. I was very happy about that. They fixed my problem quickly and on time--and for a better price that others were quoting. More importantly, they did not try to sell me things I didn't need.
  
  Very happy to have found a shop I can trust that doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I will definitely come back. Thank you BigTex!
