(October 19, 2017, 10:00 am)After speaking with multiple labs before this one, I was prepared for another frustrating experience but instead was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness, knowledge, and politeness/kindness of the staff working at The Laboratory in Kingwood, Texas. Not only do they give a discount if you are a self-pay patient, but they are also genuinely helpful and friendly. I felt like they sincerely appreciated our business. I LOVE when I find a business that has this level of customer service!
