  This is my second time purchasing a vehicle with Parkway Family! My second experience was just as great as the first. My salesman Dan was also my financing officer previously and as usual, he was very helpful! He helped my car buying experience go wonderfully and I love my new car. Will definitely be back!

  It's my first time buying a car and even though I was already set on a limit, Adam and the manager (sorry never asked for his name) were helping me get the best price for my dream car! They helped me so much. I was nervous but they were giving a deal I couldn't pass. Thank you again Adam, I'm definitely sending people your way whenever in need for a car. Bless you my brother.

  EDIT!!! They have a wonderful young man working there now! Daniel (or guy with beard) greeted me at my car! He was funny and helpful and courteous! I won’t be dreading visiting this location anymore!
  
  Maybe I’m rating this off a different scale. Having just moved from a smaller town in another state, I can’t say that this was the best service. By no means should you avoid this Mazda dealership! My oil was changed in about an hour and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. The front desk man checked me in and out quickly as well. My previous Mazda experience however was far superior. There was no enthusiastic greeting here and no one explained my inspection to me. They simply gave me my forms with a list of items that I should repair next time. I’ll be back, I just hope that next time the staff will be a bit more cheerful and helpful in explaining my car to me. (Side note: I would have allowed them to do the extra repairs they suggested on the paper, but no one asked me. )
  
  And potentially not their issue, but why would Mazda not allow you to look up previous service records? It’s frustrating that even though I have routinely done to a Mazda dealership, the information can’t transfer over.

  My new car purchase experience at Parkway Family Mazda is fantastic. Andre and Josh are extremely helpful. I only have four email communications with them before we agree on the price and test drive and they offer me the best price among four dealers I ask. They never ask me any personal questions, or push me to things I don't want.
  
  I think car purchase should always be about the price, whoever gives the best the price gets the customer and that's exactly what Parkway family does.
