  First off I just want to say that you can't always trust everything you read on line. When looking for a place 4 months ago I too read reviews on this community they were awful and I was very unsure as to rather I wanted to live here with my children.. but.... When coming to see for my self I realized that this community is not what was precived about it....
  When I move in October first my home was ready to go... Everything was fixed with the exception of a few things.. when I placed a work order the maintenance men Timand the other gentleman sorry I forgot his name they were at my house fixing everything that needed to be fixed. They're very dedicated and making sure that people have a nice home to live in.
  My the manager here Stephanie has completely turn this place around she is one of the sweetest people that I've probably ever met. She's always been there even when I'm struggling through a very hard situation. She keeps this place very well up kept.
  As far as Nancy who is like the head person here people made her out to be the worst person on the planet and this is NOT TRUE! I have seen her putting together things for the children to do for holidays, buying decorations to make this place look beautiful.. She is a very sweet person... And I resent what I have heard people saying about her or anyone else who now works here.. but I get it someone has to be the bad guy because people don't follow rules or pay there bills but she is not a horrible person... This is our home and our community and if you believe all the bad reviews your gonna miss out on a wonderful place to stay!!!!
