Jason is the most honest merchanix.He will tell you what the problem is i have seen him work with them on fixing the vechile.we have been using him since he has open.To be honest i dont take my vechiles for repair any place else.We had a01 ford f150 every summer water would get in the spark plugs and he showed ua how to fix it .We told him we will pay you.if you need someone to work on your vechile Jason is 5je man.
My 2017 Jeep Patriot has only 15k miles, and the ABS & traction lights came on the dash. Although it's under warranty, the dealership wanted to keep my Jeep for a week and a half before they could get to it. Um a mom with 2 kids who works full-time doesn't have that luxury. And no offer for a rental? I have NEVER used a dealer for repairs anyway, but I was nearby when it happened so...
My dad recommended I call and talk to Jason at My Mechanic. So I did. I dropped my Jeep off first thing in the morning and took an Uber to work. Within an hour, he called and verified it was a sensor behind the wheel and he'd have it ready within a couple of hours. After work, I picked up Mike (my Jeep) and was back to my evening routine.
Jason is an honest mechanic, he charged me a fair price for parts and labor, and I'm confident that I will use him again if necessary. I'd rather pay for honest and amazing service, rather than wait for the dealership to nickel and dime me and play with my time.
