  Excellent customer service and best pricing for Hunter Douglas in the Houston Area. Mr. Petter was our designer who was fantastic and provided the best customer support and service ever. I asked for 5-10 quotes and changed them at all times and he was always nice and courteous(I recognize I can be a peeckie customer).
  In addition I had an issue with Hunter Douglas because of the product they sent was not as expected and the owner "Martina" came to my house to see what the problem was and she called and worked with HD directly and fixed the problem (She is amazing!).
  It's been 2 years with my beautiful shades and worth each penny spent.
  We did shutters, blinds, and shades in all the house with W of O and all the products received are great and I receive complements about my shades at all times ( they really make a difference).
  If I ever move I will definitely work with them again.

  It's a shame that you need to resort to making disparaging remarks, hidden as a review, against my company. Let me state the facts. You bought a skylight shade from another company, which wouldn't take care of your issues. You brought it into our store and wanted it repaired. It was under warranty, but the installation and shipping were not. We told you the installer's cost for your installation and that the shade had to be sent back to the factory for repair. You were unhappy you had to pay for the shade's installation, in a high ceiling. However, you knew the cost upfront.
  
  Now, you feel this is the way to repay us for getting your shade repaired and scheduling an installer to reinstall your shade? Perhaps this is why the original company would not accommodate you. We are with the BBB and have an outstanding reputation. Feel free to take your business elsewhere. I do expect you to take down your review. It could be considered an act of liable and we will be in touch.

  I have worked with Windows of Opportunity for two different homes. Both times I have been extremely satisfied with their customer service, installation, and product choices. The showroom is beautiful and everyone there is so knowledgeable about everything they have to offer. I would without question utilize them in the future and recommend them. They're great!
