  The experience was great. Everyone was very polite, cheerful and helpful. The estimated repair time was accurate and all that was done plus the results of an inspection was thoroughly explained along with the cost with no pressure to book. It’s only my first visit but it was all I could have hoped for and I would recommend them.

  I have never in my life had a more enjoyable experience getting my oil changed. I made an appointment that was within days at a time convenient for me, I checked in with ease and the most pleasant employee assisted me as if I were important, the waiting area was easily the most comfortable and well kept I have had the pleasure of occupying as far as auto mechanics go (it looked more like a living room and was thoughtfully stocked with conveniences one would need while waiting), I asked them to check my starter which turned out to simply be a battery issue (so I trust them not to deceive me), the service was super quick and very reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier that I found them. I almost NEVER leave reviews but I was so pleased with this business!

  We’re new to Texas and heard great things about this company. Our car lost its air conditioning on one of the hottest days here this year so far. Christian Brothers had the repair scheduled and finished in less than two days. Great service! We’ll definitely be back when our cars need it!

  Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service!! I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was with Christian Bros Automotive Woodlands in Magnolia. I can honestly say I’ve never had service like this ever from an automotive shop.
  
  When I dropped off my car they immediately had an Uber ready for me and paid for my ride home! While my inspection was being completed I was kept informed every step of the way from when it was pulled into the garage, to when the inspection was in process, followed by a very thorough report including pictures with their findings. I never had to question what was happening with my car the entire time they had it. My car was not a simple fix. There were a few days I was able to take my car home while waiting on parts. When I went to pick up my car the battery was dead and had to be replaced. They had it replaced and dropped my car off to me at my home first thing that morning.
  Once the parts arrived and I took my car back in for the repairs, other issues were discovered and promptly fixed in a timely manner.
  They were honest and cut labor costs here and there just because they felt it was the right thing to do based on certain circumstances.
  
  I will always and forever refer anyone to this auto shop. The workmanship and customer service made the inconvenience of not having my car so much easier to bare. Absolutely fantastic experience!

  This is my second time performing the oil change at a Christian Brothers and they always go far and above in everything. They're always courteous and respectful and the upkeep of the customers area is impeccable. The lobby is loaded with snacks, coffee, water, etc. The restroom was quite clean and there are even "complimentary toiletries" available including emergency diapers. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good experience with your car care!
