Absolutely love this place! Very knowledgeable staff. Real world self defense from day one which I think is important. Bad things happen to good people every day. Training Krav Maga with Mr. Crouch and his staff will help you get ready for the bad things that happen even the "safe" area we call home. We started just to get my daughter off the couch but the benefits for the whole family were instantly evident. Now my whole family trains. My wife has successfully used the training she received to stop from being carjacked (totally not kidding). Just the confidence you gain from knowing how to defend yourself can change the outcome of a situation without ever throwing a punch or kick, which you will throw a lot of in class! Confidence, self-discipline, great cardio, the ability to defend yourself... Whats not to love about this place. If your on the fence, get off and get moving. This is the place to train!!!!
All of the schools instructors are very knowledgeable and fun to work with. They make sure to include everyone at all levels in all of the classes and ensure everyone feels more than welcome. It’s such a fun environment to work out in and great material to learn to help keep you safe in everyday situations that might happen. I would highly recommend anyone from children to adults training. There is certainly something for everyone to learn from bully prevention to gun and knife defense.
Our Son has been taking classes here for over a year & has loved every minute. They are very hands on & want the kids to succeed.
Instructors are very knowledgeable and professional. You can see their passion for helping students succeed in accomplishing their goals. I highly recommend Premier!
