  Rachel was great with helping me with my storage and recommended items to help with my items and was so knowledgeable that I got them. Couldn’t ask for better service definitely would say she gives a 10 star service. She definitely deserves a raise for her knowledge and service.

  Sandra, the owner, is wonderful. She keeps a clean facility and is always glad to help. The location is convenient to Magnolia, the Woodlands and Tomball. Access to enter and exit is easy. I highly recommend this Public Storage facility. I have a larger unit, but there are smaller units, and spaces for RV storage, too. If you need a storage unit, definitely check this one out!

  After checking out other storage facilities and comparing prices and size, I settled on Public Storage. I reserved a unit online, and received a phone call a few minutes later to set up a move in date/time. When I arrived the next day, I was greeted by Sandra. She offered professional and super friendly service. She explained everything well and in a way that I understood. A+ on customer service.
  
  The facility itself, I am pleased to say, is easy to get to. It's also very clean and well kept. I rented and indoor climate controlled unit, and the temperature felt appropriate. I am very happy with my choice to use This location, and would definitely recommend to anyone I know.

  Sandra is always so friendly and helpful when we come in. She always has a smile on her face and seems to love her job. I love public storage and the staff and know that my stuff is always safe there!

  Sandra was so amassing and helping. I was struggling to find a place that was affordable. Thank you Sandra your were such a great help a pleasure to meet you .
